Discovery Leadership College

Our Mission
& Vision

Discovery Leadership College is a ministry training program that exists to develop and deploy church leaders with high character, competency, and integrity to move the mission of the Church forward.

Our vision is to equip leaders through education and empowerment in a real-world ministry context.

11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up. Ephesians 4:11-12b

Discovery Leadership College is committed to helping students build a foundation for their future. Through accredited degree pathways, hands-on experience, leadership development, and practical skill-building, students graduate with experience and confidence to enter the next chapter of their life.

Whether God leads them into vocational ministry, the marketplace, education, or business, DLC equips students with skills and real-world experience that prepare them to make a meaningful impact wherever they are called to serve.
